Salad with smoked meat and pickled onions
A hearty, beautiful dish will decorate any table. Better to serve with baked potatoes.

You need to marinate the onions for 30-40 minutes before you prepare the salad (or earlier, for example, in the morning if in the evening, guests) Onion peel, cut into half rings, pour over boiling water
