Cooking
So, a piece of meat cut into equal portions, thickness not less than 1 cm. Salt and pepper each piece on both sides. Fry in hot oil on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. Turn on the oven to warm.
Onion peel and we will cut rings. Mushrooms - plates.
When the meat is browned, put it in a baking dish (or pan), greased with vegetable oil. Keep warm so the meat does not solidified. I put the form on the stove - warm oven and gas under the adjacent ring. In oil remaining after frying the meat, fry and saute a little onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes smooth circles.
The onions and mushrooms spread evenly on slices of meat. Not over the entire surface of the form, specifically on each slice separately.
In the remaining pan butter on both sides quickly fry tomato. Each side with salt and pepper.
Tomatoes put on the medallions on top of onions and mushrooms. Melted cheese cut into slices and put these slices on top of tomatoes, you get about 2 bites.
Bake in the oven at medium temperature average until the cheese is lightly browned. I have it takes about 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
