Liver and peanut pate
Recently discovered a wonderful combination of chicken liver and peanut! I just love it

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Peanuts

    70 g

  • Beans

    70 g

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Peanuts fry on a dry pan, clean. Pre-soaked beans to boil.

Kurne liver to wash and fry with the addition of a sauce for stir-frying until tender (6-7 minutes)

All the ingredients ready to blend. To try salt and pepper, if needed, salt and pepper.
