Sweet bread-flourish with poppy seeds and dried fruits
The original bread. With the taste of grandma's poppyseed rolls. Will please both kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

Wash and soak dried fruit. Yeast, flour, salt, sugar, softened butter mix, add milk, knead the dough. The dough cover with film and let it rise for 45-50 minutes, obtinem and wait another 40 minutes.
