Chicken ventricles with buckwheat
Tried to prove to my husband that chicken gizzards are edible and quite tasty dish. In the end, ate and did not even realize what it was. Even praised! A simple but delicious dish for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 g

  • Buckwheat

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Chicken ventricle clean, remove the foil, cut is not very finely. Boil in salted water 25 minutes after boiling. While the ventricles are cooked, boil the buckwheat.

Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then here add the onions, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Stir in water, tomato paste, pour in to the ventricles. A little stew - place the buckwheat. Mix all, add spices.
