Very simple and quick to prepare dish. Perfect as a side dish to meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Dill

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    20 g

  • Vinegar

Blue cut lengthwise into slices of 4-5 mm,put on a greased baking sheet, pour 9% vinegar and leave for 20 minutes then drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and put in the oven at 180 degrees.

After 10 minutes, pull out, drizzle with oil and again put in the oven. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped dill and mayonnaise. Mix well.

20 minutes to get the eggplant out of the oven, spread with sauce and place in turned off oven for 5 minutes. Then to get it and serve hot. Bon appetit!
