Why do we from manna, which we all know and love from childhood, not to make a cake?! A real, delicious cake! And with the popular in Soviet times, sour cream and berries! Because the threshold is berry time, so, you can pamper yourself and loved ones in a cake - very often!

For ease of preparation you need to prepare all the ingredients. I use semolina TM "Mistral". It is great for baking, cereal and any other food.

This time I took the remains of frozen cranberries and black currants. They need to be completely defrosted.

Now we need to make a bowl from a fully cooled (!) of manna. The bottom leave about 1 cm Sides on your taste. My about 2 cm Cut off the top, thus separating the crust of the manna (its a bit visible on the plate on the left), it will be useful for topping crumbs.
