Cooking
For ease of preparation you need to prepare all the ingredients. I use semolina TM "Mistral". It is great for baking, cereal and any other food.
The oven has to run at 200 degrees. Eggs, beat with sugar until fluffy and add the cream.
Then add baking soda, semolina, all thoroughly mixed.
Finally add the sifted flour and melted butter. Mix the dough until smooth. Ready!
Baking dish, if you want to make this cake, take 18-22 see No more. In a baking dish (mine is 22cm) and make a "French shirt". Grease the form of vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour, and then the excess flour - shakes out of shape.
Pour in batter and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes do Not open the oven before 30 min.
Berries. About the berries I want to say separately. You need to use those berries that will keep its shape after thawing. Ie, frozen raspberries and strawberries - are unlikely to work, because they take a lot of juice and will lose its form, but fresh is perfect! This time I took the remains of frozen cranberries and black currants. They need to be completely defrosted.
Our manna is ready! In the photo he is in the cooled down kind, absolutely everywhere.
Now we need to make a bowl from a fully cooled (!) of manna. The bottom leave about 1 cm Sides on your taste. My about 2 cm Cut off the top, thus separating the crust of the manna (its a bit visible on the plate on the left), it will be useful for topping crumbs. And the rest of the crumb easy to get to with a spoon. Being careful "not to make it too small" pieces.
Now prepare the sour cream. Whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar (or sugar) and vanilla sugar. The cream is ready.
Add the cream to the crumb of manna (break pieces the size of a teaspoon). Leave some berries for decorating the top, and the rest pour in the cream. Stir it carefully.
Fill tightly (!) our "Cup" - received mass. Will be this, with a slide.
Decorate the top with berries, which left a little of the "crust" of the manna, nuts and powdered sugar! Remove an hour in the fridge and the cake-manna "On the threshold of summer" - ready!
