Don't even know how to call those pastries... cookies - not cookies, pie pie, a muffin - not a cupcake... But I know that this baked very quickly prepared (and for me this is one of the main priorities in cookery) and makes an excellent addition to coffee, tea. I got 36 pieces of cookies.

Cooking
Softened butter and cream cheese beat with a mixer until smooth. Add sugar and zest, beat until fluffy white mass, 3 minutes.
Add the egg, sour cream, vanilla sugar and whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda, salt.
Add the flour to the butter-cottage cheese and mix with a mixer until the disappearance of dry flour.
