Ravioli with pumpkin and mushrooms
Tasty ravioli "Sunny" and a useful filling is a spicy oil sauce. Aren't they able to create a "Bright mood" in the house? But if you are not familiar with the combination of pumpkin and mushrooms, then go and try. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

Prepare to start the dough. For this mix the flour and semolina (fine grind), do the groove and beat eggs, add salt and vegetable oil. Eggs it is desirable to take straight from the fridge as this dough loves the heat. Knead the dough (kneading is necessary not less than 10 minutes to elasticity).

Cover the dough with cling film and put in the fridge for an hour.
