Cheese roll
Here's a roll of minced meat in a cheese crust for dinner tonight I cooked.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

Cooking

On a coarse grater to grate cheese, add eggs, semolina, mayonnaise, a little salt, mix well.

Put on a baking tray lined with paper. Flatten and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 180C

Onions, garlic grind in a chopper. Add to the mince,season with salt and pepper, add the eggs and chopped parsley, all well mixed.

Remove from oven cheese cake, allow to cool, spread the stuffing on the cake.

Roll the loaf in the oven at 150C, bake until tender 40-50.
