Vegetables to grate grate on "Korean" grater, or like me, with a vegetable peeler ( for the idea thanks to victoria Vicose ms)/
Mix all ingredients for sauce-marinade
Coriander crush with a spoon or back of knife. Garlic finely chop or squeeze through chesnokodavku.
Cover the vegetables and leave for 1 hour. Add the mushrooms stir and serve
