Easy strawberry ice cream
Very easy in terms of cooking and in terms of caloric ice cream. Tasty, refreshing, a bit like a sorbet, but since I use yogurt made with leaven Orsik, it is still ice cream. Caloric content: 100 grams. - 98 Kcal.

The day before, prepare the yogurt. I use to prepare a unique yeast Orsik, which is called "Dry yogurt". This is a very cool and unusual starter, ran into her for the first time and was very surprised and shocked, what turned yogurt, a delicious, thick, and practically nothing need only water and the yeast+yogurt maker.

Pour the dry yeast into the container from the yogurt maker and gradually dilute with boiled water to room temperature, it is convenient to do it with a whisk to break all the lumps. Put mixture in yogurt maker for 8-10 hours or use a thermos. After 10 hours, the capacity of the yogurt refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The photo shows how thick it is. He is very tasty no need to add additional sugar, everything is already in the starter.

Now let's talk ice cream. We will need strawberries (or any berries), yogurt, sugar. since the yogurt is already sweet sugar I took only 100 grams, can be increased at will.

To wash strawberries, cut stems, cut at random. Put in a bowl, add sugar.

Pour into container with lid and put into the freezer for 6-9 hours. In the process of freezing to move a few times, I didn't do it.
