Cooking

step-0
Prepare all the ingredients.
step-1
Prepare the batter: Mix the boiled and raw egg yolk, add sugar to the mixture and beat into a soft mousse to a lighter color. In a separate bowl, shift the flour and butter. The flour will use a whole, since the amount of flour depends on the size of eggs. Mix both of the mixture, quickly stir and if necessary add the remaining flour. My yolks were too small, so that the flour I used not all. Remove the dough in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Take it out and cut for convenience.
step-2
Begin forming the cookies. Roll out the dough into sausages the thickness of about 8mm, cut into 12 inch pieces and twist as shown in photo. Take turns to dip the workpieces on one side in a protein and then sugar. Spread on a baking tray on baking paper (or grease the pan with oil).
step-3
Send a baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until Golden brown. With one serving comes out to about 25-30 cookies.
step-4
Let cool and enjoy. Crunchy sugar crust, soft middle, melting and delicious flavor. Mmmm... What could be tastier?
step-5
And the remnants of cookies put them in a box on a Christmas table. Cookies eaten very quickly, so it makes sense to cook a few servings.
