Wonderful chocolate candies with the semi-liquid cherry filling. Especially tasty if you can get out of the fridge when the chocolate brittle and crack in your mouth, and the filling is poured... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Cooking
Chocolate melt in a water bath.
Molds for candy to grease with a brush of chocolate (or fill with chocolate and then to pour out the contents. It is faster, but dirtier). Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freezer for 10 minutes.
Cherry jam with chili, bring to a boil. For thrill-seekers pepper slice. Reduce the heat and boil for 5 minutes.
RUB through a sieve. Allow to cool a little.
Put in a pastry bag and fill forms cherry jelly.
Chocolate again to melt and smear on top of cherry jello. Remove in the cold until fully cured.
Get out of shape, take one in your mouth and just enjoy.
