Chicken Mexican with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    6 piece

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sweet pepper

    100 g

  • Tomato

    425 g

  • Corn

    425 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Vegetables

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Legs wash,dry,sprinkle with salt,red pepper.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.Remove seeds from pepper and cut into strips.Drain the tomatoes (you can substitute tomato paste diluted in water) and chop them.With corn drain the water.Zucchini cut into cubes.

Grease a flat shape,put the garlic,onion,pepper,tomatoes with juice(or pour the tomato paste),corn,vegetable blend,zucchini,sprinkle with salt and red pepper.

Put on vegetables chicken legs and roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 min. During this time, the legs flip over 2 times.
