Description
Because wings was not very good, I decided to disguise them, using the marinade of soy paste. In Japanese it's called "miso", a Korean "kochujang". The wings turned out very tasty, slightly tangy flavor, as soy paste contains hot pepper. I really liked it, I hope that You will enjoy.

Cooking
Mix the sour cream, soybean paste, chopped garlic and mustard. Mustard took home (for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/23982/). Because it with spices, it gave the marinade a special piquancy. Salt need not be added, soybean paste is quite salty.
Wings wash, dry and marinate in the marinade for 15 minutes, massaging it well into the wings. You can marinate longer, will only get better.
