Roasted pear with blue cheese and spices
A wonderful snack food. Great for get-togethers with your girlfriends with a glass of wine.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Cinnamon

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Balsamic

Cooking

1. Pear wash. cut into 2 pieces, remove the core. Each half cut into 2 parts.

2. In a pan melt the butter and sugar. Add a pinch of cinnamon and pepper. Lay out the pear slices and fry on all sides until Golden brown.

3. Put 2 slices of pear on a plate, fill the core of the cheese, add a little roasted nuts. Pour the caramel from the pan, balsamic cream and serve.
