Caught me on the vast world wide web the recipe of these cupcakes, as has been said makes a great appetizer: liver pate on the biscuit dough, I decided to try. Here are our simple ingredients

Further, making all the found recipe: oiled with sunflower oil little cupcake molds (Oh, don't be afraid of the kind of shapers, they are so often in the oven, that have become so ugly and want nothing to wash), poured into each mold 1 tbsp. spoon biscuit dough
On top pour 2 tbsp. of liver pate... and realized that will not work the pate on the biscuit dough, as pie began to sink, and the dough to bulge up. But experiment is experiment. Sent the molds in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Waiting, languishing, a little upset by the fact that it does not receive the paste that is on the test, think how to get out of the situation, and...
After 30 minutes, these are the muffins I pulled out of the oven. The recipe said to cool in the form, and the dough and the paste is still there... and then, boom, visited a brilliant idea...
Get second ugly mold, more volume, grease it, and pour the first paste 3 tbsp.
And the dough from above 1 tbsp. spoon and also put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
After some time get the form and by the same token, do the rest of the cupcakes in the first small mold, having before that already pristavu the first batch of cupcakes.
And here is the result: this is the first cupcake where the dough was at the bottom

And this is both experimental species. Please help yourself to health. I can only say that the second option I liked more, and on the holiday table these cupcakes (the second) will look pretty good.

S. conducted the experiment concluded: - the second option I will survive longer than the first. - molds must be oiled very well to get the cupcakes should be carefully and only after cooling, as part of the pate and tries to remain in the molds (although it is the same plus: you can leverage with a clear conscience)))
