Cooking
Mini baguettes I baked this recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/102 308/
Minced pig beef had been prepared and spiced in advance. To the mince add grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and finely chopped greens. Mix everything together until smooth.
Will stormoen small meatballs.
In a pan warm up olive oil and fry meatballs without lid until ready.
Put the finished meatballs on a paper towel.
In the pan where we fried the meatballs, add the tomatoes in own juice, 1 teaspoon garlic nut, Basil, red pepper, and dilute the mixture with soy sauce Kikkoman.
Let the sauce simmer and put meatballs in it. Cook meatballs in sauce for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mini-baguette cut lengthwise into two parts. The upper part is set aside. In the lower part, remove a little crumb, forming a groove into which put meatballs, sauce and top with slices of Parmesan. Bake the bottom part of the baguette with meatballs for 7-10 minutes or until cheese melts For a few minutes until cooked put next to "caps" baguettes, what would they warmed, but not dried.
Remove the pan from the oven, close the baguettes "cap" and tightly pressed, what would the sauce soaked into the top. Serve the sandwich hot.
