Ingredients

First you have to marinate the squid ( 12 hours before making salad). I bought calamari rings, thawed.

Boil salted water and cook the squid for literally 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and cut them first in half and then lengthwise to get strips.

Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, add 500 ml of water, add a mixture of peppers, Bay leaf, the cloves and salt to taste. Put it on the stove
