Description
Why "squid Heaven"? But that's somehow spontaneously resulted in such a ironic name. We all know that squid is a predatory mollusk, well, I thought that at least in Paradise let the vegetables will be)). About the salad... Tasty, tender... well try...

Cooking
First you have to marinate the squid ( 12 hours before making salad). I bought calamari rings, thawed.
Boil salted water and cook the squid for literally 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and cut them first in half and then lengthwise to get strips.
Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, add 500 ml of water, add a mixture of peppers, Bay leaf, the cloves and salt to taste. Put it on the stove
After boiling, add 4 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. And added dried dill and squid. Give the mixture a boil and switch off the stove. Cover with a lid and leave to cool down. Then put the saucepan in the fridge.
On the second day take out the squid from the marinade
Taken directly for the preparation of salad. Our veggies. True lemon, parsley and salad were not included in the photo as at this time only get from the store)))
Cut thin strips of cabbage
Fine julienne cut the pepper and add to the cabbage
Olives cut into rings and add to the already chopped vegetables
And add the squid and chopped parsley. Then make a dressing of the juice of half a lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and Dijon mustard. Mix everything together
And only now are taken for avocado. It should at the last moment to cook, not to dark. Peel and cut into cubes, mix it with the juice of half a lemon with salt. Leave for five minutes.
Drain off the liquid and add the avocado to the other ingredients. Pour the dressing and stir. Served on a plate decorated with lettuce ( by the way the leaves safely uplines along with a salad))). Bon appetit. Thank you
