Warm salad with roasted peppers
The salad can be eaten cold, it is also very tasty. Suitable salad for the guests and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Quail egg

    3 piece

  • Olives

    5 piece

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Prepare all salad

Peppers cut into strips, onion half-rings, garlic finely chop. Quail eggs boil hard boiled.

In a pan pour olive oil and place garlic, onion and then peppers. Slightly fry.

Pour soy sauce, balsamic vinegar (balsamic vinegar can be replaced with vinegar 7%), mix. You can salt if you salt is not enough, I did not. Diminish the fire, cover and extinguish to readiness.

Take the ring to nicely put the salad in a bowl. If you don't have it-not a problem!!! A single ring can be cut from a plastic bottle, as was done in this case me. Spread in a ring the contents of the pan. Finely chop the eggs, olives cut into slices, parsley, also finely chop.

At pepper & onion lay quail eggs, eggs-olives, sprinkle with parsley, remove the ring (I have it split on the side, easy to remove) and put the capers. Decorate the platter with sprigs of parsley, capers and drops of KIKKOMAN soy sauce.
