Pie
Today is the day of medical worker and I decided to congratulate her husband(he is a military doctor) is a delicious pie. A cake made in the shape of a spider(no relation to medicine, just the original design)for the contest "world of animals".

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

  • Cabbage

    0.333 plug

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

For legs spider knead dough.melted margarine + salt + soda + egg,mix well.add just enough flour to make a stiff dough.Put the dough in the fridge for 20 mins.Divide the dough into 6 parts and from each part roll out to 3 of flagellum length of about 30 cm.

Baking the legs of a spider, we need paper.turn the A4 sheet in half lengthwise 2 times,the ends to bend in such a way as to form a triangle with the desired height.

Prepare the filling.Sauté the cabbage with a half bow.Separately, fry the mince with half the onions.Mix the cabbage with the minced meat,salt.put the stuffing and close the dough.Like to clip the edges and bake at t 180C for 30 min.

Flatten the dough into a ball,so the ball is not broke I wrapped a small peeled potato in the dough,it will be the spider's head.Make small balls and stick them with allspice(peas),it will be the eyes of the spider.Make a small ball,it will be the nose of the spider.Bake.

The finished cake to turn on surface,under it put one flattened end of the "legs" of the spider.

The head is attached by toothpicks.nose and eyes stick on the melted cheese.I also made a fringe of processed cheese.The spider is ready!Bon appetit!!!
