Smoothie, cereal with fruit
Another delicious smoothie from ready-made porridge (I used a cereal), but can be done with any other - for example oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    0.5 piece

  • Nectarine

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flakes cereal

    0.5 cup

  • Chocolate milk

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Half a banana and a nectarine cut into slices

Milk to boil and pour cereal, add salt and sugar as desired. Stir, cover with a lid and steamed for 3-5 minutes.

In the bowl of a blender (combine) fold the nectarine, banana, add porridge.

Grind in a blender until smooth.
