Cooking
Prepare the ingredients
Proteins separated from the yolks
Beat egg whites with 1/4 Cup. sugar
In another bowl beat the egg yolks with 1/4 Cup. sugar
Carefully mix the whipped whites and yolks with the flour and vanilla

Pear peel and cut into thin slices. I had a small sweet pear Severyanka, so I decided to put them in the cake fresh. If pears are hard or not quite sweet, it is possible to put out with sugar.
Sponge cake cut into strips. The width of the bars = height of the cake. Strips to grease cream, sprinkle the pear plate.
