Cake with pear
The cake is soft, creamy with bits of crispy fresh pear, and most importantly - it's quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

Beat egg whites with 1/4 Cup. sugar

In another bowl beat the egg yolks with 1/4 Cup. sugar

Carefully mix the whipped whites and yolks with the flour and vanilla

Pour the dough on the baking tray lined with parchment and send in a preheated oven at 180 gr. 15 min.

While the cake cools, prepare the cream

Pear peel and cut into thin slices. I had a small sweet pear Severyanka, so I decided to put them in the cake fresh. If pears are hard or not quite sweet, it is possible to put out with sugar.
