Cooking
Quinoa is thoroughly rinsed, pour the milk (or water), bring to a boil and cook over low heat until tender. Cool.
Dried apricots and raisins washed, add water and let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and chop the apricots. Nuts peel and grind in a coffee grinder or in any other way.
In the pan combine the raisins, dried apricots, nuts, cereals, sugar, soft butter (or vegetable) and mix everything carefully. Next add the quinoa flour and mix. Beat egg, add to the dough and mix well. The dough is ready. The dough should be thick, should be spread, should keep the form. If it is not thick, add more flour.
Cookies spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. You can just a spoon. I wanted to do so. Took the molds, put on a baking sheet and inside with a spoon put the dough, flattened and gently removed the mold. On top sprinkle whatever is on hand. I for clarity, sprinkle: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coconut and almond shavings. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Take out from the oven and enjoy the taste. I had 14 cookies.
