Description
Herring with beetroot mousse is a beautiful, tasty and original dish, in the preparation of which will take no more than 20 minutes. One condition – the fridge needs to be boiled beets.

Cooking
For starters, I used mayonnaise "Maheev". Very successfully and harmoniously blend the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, taste snacks only benefit from this.
Soak in cool boiled water gelatin. In a blender mix the beets to puree. Mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Melt the soaked gelatin and pour it into the beet puree. Puree whip and put in refrigerator for freezing. Herring, onion and Apple cut into small dice.
At the bottom of the glass put a spoonful of beet mousse, then a mixture of herring, onion and Apple. Put the beetroot mousse. Decorate with sprigs of parsley. Before serving, it is desirable to cool for 30 minutes.
