Greek salad is known and loved by many. I offer you a recipe of warm variant thereof. Prepared quickly, can be a full dinner.

Ingredients

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Cucumber

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

The time of preparation of this salad depends on the time of cooking rice. Cook the rice according to the instructions, the cooked rice rinse under running cold water. I took the rice bags, it is not necessary to rinse, boiled 12 minutes.

While the rice is cooking, take a pan, pour olive oil, lemon juice, put mustard, salt, oregano, coriander (I prefer beans, not ground). Warmed on the fire.
