Salad
This is a continuation of a series of "Color on the plate"... I wrote that a few meet - very simple but tasty, easy, healthy and savory! Perhaps - unusual.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 g

All finely chop, onion marinade for 5 minutes-who as likes. I'm very easy-in boiling water, salt, sugar, vinegar in equal proportions, pour the onion, cover the container and let stand for 5 minutes. Daikon lightly grind salt and sunflower (olive) oil

All mix, dressed with oil +a little lemon juice NOW current noticed by girls-quite after changing zaturkanny)).. Mushrooms are sliced and butcher.. on the windowsill.. silently.. modestly well in an omelet comin... but in General they are raw in a salad)))
