Apple-pear sorbet
This cool treat loves my daughter. All our pears are gone for the sorbet... Now I'm doing it just for apples, but with pears is much tastier... Who is not afraid of the cold, come on in, I'll buy! Outrageously easy...

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

Apples and pears wash.

Peel and core. Cut into pieces. Apples

And pear.

Grind in a blender into a puree. Optionally add honey or sugar to taste.

Protein vzbit in a solid foam.

A spoon add the whipped protein, gently stirring.

That's what happens.

Spread sorbet on future silicone molds. And in the freezer for 1-2 hours until fully cured.

Take out of the molds.

And enjoy a delicious ice-cream...

And the skins from the apples I don't throw. I put them in a jar, add cinnamon ( a pinch of ground or half sticks) and pour boiling water. Close the lid and allow to infuse... Very tasty and flavorful. At will a glass of drink you can add sugar.
