Souffle of pumpkin and carrots in the microwave
Absolutely weightless, melting in the mouth, the souffle will appeal to both children and adults. In a souffle, you can add nuts, dried fruit or chocolate pieces. Very tender and very tasty! And most importantly fast to cook! A souffle you can bake in the oven at t 180 C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Carrot juice

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Carrots squeeze the juice and mix with milk.

In the mixture put the chopped small cubes of pumpkin and cook in the microwave under the lid until tender. I was preparing for the Maha in the microwave 2-3 min.
