Cooking
Take the goose, wash it, stuffed with potatoes, carrots and onions. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Sew up his belly.
Wrap the goose in foil and put into the oven.
Goose I have been in the oven for 6 hours (was too old) at 180C.
After the specified time get the goose out of the oven. Take out the stuffing.
