Baked eggs with sauce
I love it when the morning starts beautifully! The mood is lifted not only me, but also my loved ones! Everyone starts their day with smiles and kindness! (And I still kiss!))) A recipe from my beloved "Grocery store", of course, a little "disfigured")))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Greens

  • Nutmeg

  • Cheese

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Boil eggs, prepare greens (minced) and garlic.

Finely chop the onion and sauté 5 min. in olive+butter. Leave to cool.

To make the sauce "Bechamel". Melt the butter, add the flour, fry. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a thick cream (proportions did not write, did on eyes). Bring to taste (add salt), you can just add lemon juice.

Boiled eggs cut into slices (I cut into 4 pieces). Add the herbs, garlic.

To the eggs add the sauce, prepared onions, a little salt, season with nutmeg and stir gently. That's what happened.

Put our mixture in refractory form, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until Golden brown at 180*C. Well, that's all!!! Bon appetit!!!
