Cooking

step-0
Immediately say about the fish: this time I took the freshest mullet, it was "only water" - turned out amazing! So if possible, better not to use frozen fish. So the fish is clean, exempt from the innards. Cut our fish head and tail (if the size of the oven and utensils - the tail can be left), RUB thoroughly with salt and ground pepper, abundantly watered with lemon juice
step-1
tomatoes and potatoes cut into slices, whole cloves of garlic, press the flat side of a knife. Grease the inside of the fish with mayonnaise, put the garlic, tomatoes, folded in half sprigs of dill and clipped the belly with toothpicks
step-2
sweet pepper cut into big pieces, put the fish in sleeve, round potatoes, slices of pepper and the remaining slices of tomato
step-3
add black and sweet peppers, white wine (it is here only for flavor) and fasten with the two sides as the candy in the oven for 35 minutes
step-4
we take out our fish, cut the sleeve along (typically they have a perforation), a little add salt, the vegetables back into the oven for 15 minutes - that flushed!
step-5
spread the fish with vegetables on the plate, pour released when baking juice and decorate with lemon! The fish is ready! Bon appetit!
