Fish roulade
Tender and succulent roll of minced fish with garlic, pumpkin fillings based on mayonnaise Maheev.

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    250 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Broth

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Gelatin cover with water and leave. Boil the fish fillet in salted water with a Bay leaf and three pots of black pepper. Let cool slightly and miss the fish fillets through a meat grinder. Minced fish season with salt to taste.

The pumpkin clean, cut into cubes, boil as the fish in salted water with the Bay leaf and pepper.

Heat until warm fish broth and dissolve in it gelatin ( 1 tbsp in a pumpkin). Then add the mayonnaise. Stir.

Of boiled pumpkin to make a puree. Add the chopped garlic and greens. Season with salt to taste. To the pumpkin add 1 tbsp fish broth with gelatin.

Minced fish mixed with mayonnaise and gelatin mass.

On the foil put plastic wrap (for easy folding of the roll). Spread a layer of minced fish.

Sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese. Boiled egg divided into whites and yolks. Yolk RUB on a small grater over the cheese.

Spread a layer of pumpkin puree. Protein RUB on a small grater and put on the edge of the roll to the middle of the roll was a smidge of protein.

With the help of cling film gently roll the roulade. Wrap loaf in foil. Put in refrigerator for freezing.
