When I was preparing the salad was the rain, rolling in the snow, it was dim. "The sad time! Eyes charm!...". Therefore, the name of the salad was by itself. Nature suggested. Decorating a salad, I decided to add bright colors of autumn.

Cooking
Cooked sausage cut into strips.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onions.
Julienne cut cucumbers.
Boil eggs and grate on a fine grater. Apple RUB on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine all ingredients, salt to taste, add desired amount of mayonnaise with lemon juice TM "Maheev". Mix well.
The salad is ready.
Put the salad in a salad bowl and decorate it with carrots, cucumbers, boiled beets, greens, mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
