Oriental rice salad with shrimp
Delicious, juicy rice salad with tiger prawns and vegetables.

Ingredients

Ingredients for the salad. ( Rice soaked in salt water and left to stand for a whole day. Then well washed and cooked not long, so it was a bit it raw and again washed with running water, left in the sieve to drain the water and rice to dry out ). The salad took 200 g of cooked rice. The rice is crumbly and not wet. Shrimp two minutes, boiled in salted water.

In cream, added salt and turmeric.

Whipped with a mixer. ( I add turmeric to almost everything I cook ).

Moved the cream into the rice and stirred.

Removed rice with cream in the fridge and cut vegetables. Tomato scalded with boiling water and left for three minutes. Sliced pepper, green onions, peeled tomatoes and half the shrimp. The second half of shrimp left for decoration.

In the pic put all the vegetables sliced and added corn. A piece of lettuce put in a bowl.

The top of the salad was decorated with leaves of parsley and gherkins. Optional sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Another part of the salad tied up in a Mat roll. Mat I put in the bag and poured it on the sesame seeds. The sesame seeds put the lettuce and spun the roll. Mat salad put into the refrigerator.

Before serving on the table got the meatloaf and put on a plate. Sesame salad I liked it more than without it. From luscious whipped cream and hrustenko from sesame seeds.
