Beer bagels
When you really want something sweet, but nothing in the fridge except beer and margarine, you can make wonderful crisp BAGELS.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Beer

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Margarine to grate and mix with flour. In mixed the margarine with the flour, add the beer and flour. Knead the dough. Roll everything into a ball and place in refrigerator for about 1.5 hours (and preferably overnight). After the fridge, divide the dough into 3 parts. Working with one part, the other 2 are in the fridge. Every part rasschityvaet subtly in the form of a circle. Then divide it into 16 parts. Twisted bagels from the edge to the center.
