Plum cake from Bavaria
Is the new harvest of plums. So I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious plum cake. The recipe I took from the book, but simplified and adapted for themselves.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

    750 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

I used ready puff pastry yeast, the original yeast dough need to cook for myself based 500 gr. flour, I gave you a recipe and its number of products, half. Plum wash, dry, cut into 4 pieces, removing the bone. Roll the dough and place on well oiled baking sheet. Repeatedly prick with a fork.

Lay the plums on the dough. The flour and butter mix well by hand, add sugar. This topping to sprinkle plums.

Put the pie in a preheated 200* oven for 30-40 minutes.

The finished cake if you want you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into pieces.
