Cooking
This dough is good because you can put, a lot of things that every home owner in the house, even "dispose" that not adhering to strict proportions. I gave the proportions are, that's what I found in my house at the moment, especially without going to the store.
Before the grandmother in the village did red cheese, it's delicious. It and put in this pie, because the village a lot of milk, but by itself it is very tasty. 1 liter of milk to combine with any milk product in about 200-250 ml. (I had yogurt and a little cheese) and put it on the fire. Boil, then simmer, over low heat, stirring occasionally. When the water begins to evaporate and the mass of blush, add 2 tablespoons sugar and cook until the liquid boils away.
Of melted butter, and other components knead a soft dough and put in the fridge. Boil the rice and rinse. Eggs boil, peel and finely chop. Raisins, dried apricots and prunes steamed.
Take out the dough, I divided it to three pies, you can create one. Rolled my dough thinly, about 0.5 cm, and layers put filling. Layer of red cheese, you can substitute boiled meat skip through Mincer.
Second layer is chopped eggs.
The third layer - boiled rice mixed with dried fruit (I cut). Take the top and crumble the butter, rice loves oil.
Made a lid for the pie and formed a cake here. The top is smeared with egg and sprinkled with crumbs (grind margarine, flour and sugar with your hands into crumbs). Bake in the oven on medium heat, because all you know your oven, until Golden brown.
