Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Boiled beets clean and cut. Cover with water, put on the stove to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
