Chops to the drying
Was the stuffing, I wanted to cook something, but not quite normal. Home vanilla was drying, I decided to experiment. Liked everything so much that I didn't even have time to photograph the finished cakes...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Drying

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peel the onion, chop (I did food processor).

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Stuffing (I have goose, already ground), mix with onions and carrots, season with salt, add seasoning as desired, knead well, add one egg. The mince and knead well.

Take drying and razmazyvaem them in warm water (not hot!), just so they're a little swollen, but has not collapsed!

Beat egg.

To prepare the flour.

Take the stuffing, which is formed from it Patty, now put it to dry and thoroughly pressed. Coat the cutlet first in the egg, then in flour and put into a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry cutlets from both sides.

Prepare sauce: mix mayonnaise and ketchup in equal proportions.

Fried cutlets and place in a baking dish drying up, daubed with sauce on top, added in the form of a little water and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
