Description
Very tasty snack, fresh vegetables wrapped in egg and meat pancake. Easy to cook, will handle even a beginner cook. Very nice it will look on a festive table.

Cooking
Minced meat 2-3 times to scroll through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper to taste, add 0.5 eggs, mix well. I had the minced pork +beef+chicken.
Roll of forcemeat balls. Since I did these brizola first time, then took the ball 70 g of meat, later turned out to be a lot. Best to take 40-50 grams of meat on one ball.
Take two sheets of cellophane ( preferably dense), one of them put a meatball, cover with another sheet of paper and replusive his hand, or knife in a thin flatbread.
Take 3 eggs and 0.5 eggs ( left after adding in the stuffing), potseluem, stir.
In a bowl molded little balls (about 1-1. 5 tbsp). Remove the top layer of cellophane with minced meat and roll in a bowl with the egg.
Remove the last layer of cellophane, leave it for the next batch. On a heated frying pan, pour a little oil and gently spread the minced meat with the egg, as if pouring from the dish.
So do the rest of the meat balls. I got 9 brizola.
Brizol put on a dish egg down. Grease curd cheese ( you can grease with mayonnaise), put thinly sliced vegetables. I put cucumber, tomato, daikon, green onions, and parsley.
We carefully roll, pinned with a skewer so as not unfolded.
