Description
Air fragrant strawberry and almond juicy delicious, not cloying and very elegant cake, quite able to compete with the cake on the holiday table, but simple enough to prepare. Happy New Year and Christmas!

Cooking
Ingredients. The baking powder with vanilla flavor is ideal for baking this cake.
Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and sugar. Turn the oven on to 180 degrees.
Banana peel and mash with a fork.
Add the banana, eggs, butter, yogurt. Stir with a fork until smooth.
The strawberries cut them into fairly small dice. Winter strawberries don't give too much juice and holds its shape well while stirring. Add almond petals or chopped peeled almonds. Enter the flour mixture and gently knead the dough.
Put the dough in the baking dish. I have a form of 18cm, but it is better to take 20cm, because the cake rises very well when baking. Bottom lay a baking paper, Boca form grease with vegetable oil. Flatten the dough with a spatula or spoon.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until dry skewers. Baking time depends on oven and size of the form. The finished cake remove from the oven, give a couple minutes to stand up in the form. Release and cool on a wire rack.
Decorate as desired and opportunities and serve. I covered the cake with pink frosting, a bit dry and added white frosting and decorative sprinkles.
