Canape with fitaki and tomatoes
Simple, fast, delicious.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Green olives

    10 piece

With post molds of toast cut out the hearts and fry in a well heated pan until Golden brown.

The same is done with cheese and tomatoes.

On fried a piece of toast spread a slice of cheese and tomato. Garnish with olive and fasten with a skewer.
