Pilaf of lamb
Plavcic of the lamb. M. M. m.. otesh mind. I know that many recipes, but this as it turns out I have I haven't tried

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Figure

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Spices

Slice the meat(I usually add fat back for flavor)onion cut into cubes and carrot sticks

Take thick wall pan(cauldron is ideal),heat oil and put meat to fry over high heat adding a little overlay

When the meat is slightly obzharitsya place a layer of onions and lower the heat slightly

onions were gilded over a layer of carrots and clean fire.

when the carrots were covered with boiling oil to sprinkle salad,salt, add rice,cover with water,so would water 2 fingers above the rice and again to make a strong fire and when the water boil turn down to low stick the garlic and close the lid

20 minutes later the risotto is ready but I always taste the rice.
