Spicy bean salad
Interesting combination of ingredients. Undoubted benefits for the body. The salad is good both warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    4 piece

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Soak the beans in water for at least 4h.

Rinse, cover with clean water in the ratio 1:5 and boil after boiling for 1.5-2H. About 15 minutes until tender with salt water. The beans are ready drain in a colander to drain all the water.

Onion peeled, cut into chetvertfinalny.

Hot pepper cut into half rings, remove the seeds and partitions.

Thinly slice the celery.

Cilantro to parse the stems and leaves. Stems minced, leaves roughly chopped.

In skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté the onions for about 7 minutes.

To the onions add the coriander stalks, chilli and curry, cook for about 2 minutes.

Remove pan from heat, add beans and stir, slightly crushing beans.

Add the celery and cilantro leaves, add salt and season with sunflower oil to taste. Serve immediately warm, or allow the salad to stand for 30-60 min.
