I want to share with You my next favorite cupcake: with a nice cherry sourness combined with the chocolate flavor. The cake is slightly moist, dense. And yet, this cupcake is suitable for fasting (no eggs and butter). Help yourself!

Cooking
Cherries thawed (put the colander in a Cup and collect the juice, which will let cherry). Pour the resulting juice into the glass until full and add water.
In a Cup sift flour, add baking powder, salt, cocoa, vanilla. Mix well the dry ingredients.
In another Cup pour vegetable oil, add sugar, honey and cherry water and stir to dissolve the sugar.
In liquid ingredients add dry mixture and thawed cherries. Mix well (the dough should be like thick cream).
Cake pan (Ø 24 cm) grease with vegetable oil, put the dough.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 60 min. Guided by your oven! Readiness check wooden splinter if splinter dry, the cake is ready. Free the cake from the form, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
