Bagels olive sour cream

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Milk heat, add the salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well. Pour the oil, add sour cream. Spices crush in a mortar or mill until smooth.

Pour the flour and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place until the increase in volume 2 times.

Divide the dough into two parts. Each roll into a circle and cut into sectors as in the photo. If you need to pour flour for rolling. Each triangle twist on a bagel, and spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let stand for the bagels for 20 minutes, brush with egg yolk or milk. Optionally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C until ready.
