Cellophane with vegetables in Chinese style
Cellophane is rice glass noodles. Sometimes subtle, sometimes broad - like noodles. Regardless of the size, it has a valuable quality – has no taste, but add a variety of vegetables, meat, fish transforms and enhances the flavour of these components.

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

  • Cellophane

  • Soy sauce

Vegetables to grate on a grater for Korean carrot or what you have to make long strips.

Three eggplant, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze.

Heat the pan and fry separately all the vegetables in oil for a few minutes, then mix in the pan and set aside. While the vegetables are roasting, cook the noodles according to instructions on the pack. More often it is soaked for 10 minutes, then cook in salted water for 4 minutes, push and wash with cold water. Add the noodles to the vegetables, pour soy sauce and tsp of sesame oil. Well mixed and warmed on low heat for a few minutes under the lid. Very tasty dish, hot or cold.
