Chicken in tkemali
Tried one this chicken, marinated in plum sauce. Made a few changes from the chef of an Italian restaurant. The result exceeded all expectations:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1200 g

  • Tkemali

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Sauce

  • Tabasco

  • Olive oil

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Seasoning

Prepare marinade of soy sauce and asparagus. Add a little wostershire sauce, red balsamic vinegar to taste, a few drops of Tabasco or other chili sauce and olive oil. Mix well. If necessary, add salt.

A good RUB with the sauce on the chicken. Sprinkle with a mixture of Provencal herbs. Marinate at least 1 hour. Potatoes to clear, boil three minutes in lightly salted water. The chicken spread on a baking tray, pour the leftover marinade. Bake chicken in the oven, constantly pouring released juice, about 30 minutes.

Add to the pan the potatoes. Bake another 30 minutes (cooking time depends on weight of chicken).
